What pricing tiers are available?
Legacy Pro offers volume-based savings that reward larger project purchases. Each tier provides approximately an additional 5% savings compared to the previous level. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on total order quantity.
- Tier 1: 1-3 cases 5% Discount
- Tier 2: 4-9 cases 10% Discount
- Tier 3: 10-139 cases 15% Discount
- Tier 4: 140 case pallets 20% Discount
Volume pricing is automatically calculated at checkout.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Most in-stock orders ship witin one (1) business day. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for unused,
unopened products in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of
receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to a verified defect or
our error. - Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned products.
- Custom or special-order colors are non-returnable.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If you receive damaged or defective items, notify orders@legacyprodirect.com within seven (7) days of receipt. Approved claims may result in replacement or refund at our discretion.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact orders@legacyprodirect.com within 30 days of receipt. Refunds or replacements may be provided at our discretion and may require the return of unused product in its original condition.
What warranty is offered on Legacy Pro products?
Legacy Sealants warrants that all products conform to the specifications listed on their Technical Data Sheets (TDS) at the time of shipment and for the stated shelf life under proper storage conditions. The exclusive remedy is replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.
What is your product suitability disclaimer?
Jobsite conditions vary. Always test compatibility and adhesion before full application. Legacy Sealants disclaims liability for damage or loss resulting from improper use, misapplication, or storage contrary to product specifications.
